“SELVA SOLINA”

THE AGRICULTURAL COMPANY

When Teresa and Roberto owned this company, of 12 HA of vineyards, they decided to produce wine separately and cultivate their terrains with biological methods, enhancing the pristine, natural setting in which the vineyards are situated.

To rich these ambitious goals, they decided to use particular tools that can respect the soil, the roots and the eco-system. The new project of an underground cellar with terracotta amphorae, big wooden barrels and pupitre exhibitors for the long refinements of the yeasts of the sparkling wines made with the classic methods, shows the persistence of these two invaluable people.
